I joined the gym about two years ago, worked out regularly, and saw only a small amount of change. Even though I was becoming more fit, and had more endurance, I just wasn't getting the results I was seeking. I hastily joined Boualem's classes thinking that it wouldn't make much of a difference. Well, I'm happy to admit that I was wrong! I have now been attending Boualem's classes for about a year now and I've lost an additional 10 pounds, as well as inches from my upper arms, waist and hips. I've done this with spending less time in the gym than what I was putting in before. Also, speaking from a woman's perspective, I can attest to the fact that Bouelem is very good at targeting problem areas that a lot of women need help with. Thanks a lot!

I joined the gym about 2 years ago and was working out regularly in classes, on the elliptical trainer, and with free weights. I saw some improvement as far as weight loss and muscle definition, but was looking for more. I started attending Boualem's classes regularly about 7 months ago. Since then I have seen marked improvement in my endurance, strength and muscle definition all over my body. I have received many comments about how much better I'm looking since joining his class. He is always very professional, and works you hard, but with his energetic personality and light hearted mannerisms, he always makes working out fun. He is very knowledgeable about what it takes to change a body and it shows in the people he trains. It doesn't make any difference what size or shape you are, Boualem makes everyone feel comfortable enough to discover what their potential is, AND he can get you there. Thanks Boualem!

"Nearly two years after having my son I still had an extra 20lbs of baby weight to lose. When I started working out with Boualem in February I weighed over 150lbs, for someone 5'3" that's a bit much. By May I was down to 134lbs and had gone from a size 10/12 to a size 6. He was very encouraging, especially when I got tired and didn't want to work out. He kept telling me he knew I could reach my goal, and I did. He gets so excited about what he does that it's contagious. I actually looked forward to working out.
