ABOUT THE OWNER:

Personal Trainer 4 You, Inc. is owned by Boualem Aggoune, a resident of Muskegon, Michigan. He operates the business with his wife, Amanda.

Boualem's approach to fitness training is influenced mostly by his own love for classic sports, weight lifting, and martial arts. This mix of interests gives his workouts balance by incorporating strength building, cardiovascular conditioning, flexibility, and balance exercises. His workouts are everything but boring!

UNIQUE ATTRIBUTES

Growing up in France, Boualem had two major goals: (1) Live in the USA and speak the English language as if it was his own native language, and (2) become a business owner.

Boualem is now a permanent resident of the USA. He speaks, writes, and reads English fluently, and he is the master mind behind Personal Trainer 4 You, Inc.

As you can imagine, once this man puts his mind to something he does not stop. He carries this tenacious attitude with him into his clients' programming. He believes in the power of perseverance; he believes that anything is possible, especially change!

GETTING PERSONAL

As an ex-cook, Boualem loves playing in the kitchen and can whip up a unique dish in surprisingly little time. Although he spent many years traveling to and working for up-scale restaurants, he attributes his cooking skills to his French grandmother. (And yes, she is the best cook ever!)

Boualem also enjoys teaching and tutoring the French language.

I consult with clients on nutritional issues such as weight loss, lean weight gain, and weight maintenance. I keep in mind that there is no magic formula for all, and that every body has a unique metabolism

UNIQUE ATTRIBUTES

My nutritional training revealed to me some revolutionary thoughts on just how significantly my own eating habits were affecting both my mental and physical performance. (Eating junk food or going for long periods without eating is highly abusive to the body and the mind.)

I hope that I can help others view food in a positive light and not as something to feel guilty about or to be over-compulsive with.

GETTING PERSONAL

Both the Mediterranean and French influence in my husband's cooking makes for delicious eating, and I adore the new foods I've been privileged to taste. And yes, that means I indulge in a French croissant and café au lait for a rare breakfast treat. (Do I hear you clicking your tongue?)

This is my (and our company's) nutritional motto? Eating healthy doesn't mean an eternal strike on butter! Eating and LIVING healthy is the art of balance and moderation! Adopting such an attitude will help you retain your eagerness to maintain an enduringly healthy lifestyle, too.
